Both times she has come out looking and smelling amazing. She hates baths but the second time going seemed to be a lot better with it. Staff are very friendly and helpful and always there for the dogs and treat them as if they were their own. However Kerry is an absolute angel, she has worked extremely hard with Bobby over the last 3 years to build up his trust and to create a lovely bond. She never pushes him past his comfort zone and ensures that how he feels is the most important thing. After what happened I am also a nervous owner however as soon as we arrive at Bo’bella and I see Bobby run up to Kerry and give her kisses all over her face all of my worries melt away.
