“I have received help for both anxiety and depression through the talking shop, after my GP advised that I self-referred to them. All I can say is, it was a very helpful service, they don't expect to just 'fix' you, so to speak, they provide a range of activities and resources for you to help yourself, with their support alongside for the whole journey. I worked with Cathy and can only say that the help I received through our sessions was so useful and she herself, is lovely. If I ever needed to in the future, I would happily use this service again.
