“It was an early start for me today as I had a hospital appointment. I decided to have breakfast here and take medication with the food. I am coeliac so checked that they would be able to accommodate some gf food for me. I was met by a really lovely lady who advised me how they would cook my breakfast. Also needed some water for meds which was given without fuss. I will definitely be back. Thank you.”

“What a lovely independent coffee shop. Lovely friendly staff, who were so cheerful and warm. Coffee was excellent. Cheese and Ham Toastie was superb, generous with the ingredients. Cakes looked amazing. The place was really busy, while the chain coffee shop next door was empty! Spotless toilets! Outside seating too. Right next to the Cathedral.”

I did have just 1 problem out of the 100s of deliveries I have had and it was resolved in no time. Recieved a polite private message with an apology from the owner. I had steak sandwich with home cooked chips. Very nice indeed. Highly recommend, well worth a visit. You may have to wait for a table however it is worth the wait. Staff are very welcoming. “Only nipped in for the Toblerone hot chocolate after a long day of shopping. Quick and easy service! Clean and refreshing environment! Lots to offer the customers. Got a seat right away after ordering. The hot chocolates were made instantly and looked absolutely fantastic. Was given a little Toblerone to go with the drink and a little spoon for the cream. Tasted absolutely delicious all the way to the bottom. It was a well deserved Christmas treat and I would definitely recommend trying it.”
