“From the sales team to the delivery team Everything was done perfect. So thank you all at Benson for Beds. Keighley Branch.”
“Great service with knowledgeable staff, products available at reasonable prices and cheaper than other places for the same thing.”
“I Went to this fuel station on saturday evening, very good customer service a sri lankan guy was providing but I could not get his name but he was very polite and suggested some good products will be visiting again soon.”
“Excellent charity shop, good prices, great staff and I was looked after as an amputee”
“Always helpful friendly staff. Generally have most things I need. Love the fact i can use my argos card here.”
“Fantastic service, honest and competent. This is my third visit to the people at Carmeleon. My car had a car door ding and I was given a reasonable quote as always. When I got the car back, not only had they repaired the ding but had taken the time to check the whole car and repair some other minor blemishes. The car was clean and looked amazing. Thank you. Highly recommended. Wheel refurbishments are also something they do really well.”
“Really helpful staff. Great prices and simple returns process.”
“Location - magical. I had to hold my breath coming through to the farm. Good job it’s not that long a journey off the main road, really. Rooms - I stayed in a single room no 1, en-suite. Don’t like single rooms normally, but this is a huge exception. Cozy, comfortable, I had all the things I needed and a comfy window seat looking out at more, erm, magic. See location. I could swear there were lanterns and pixies at night out there Service - Paula is a saint. I’ve thrown every odd request in the book at her. Arrived late, forgot my room keys, some dastardly, unreasonable breakfast request. No problem. Other stuff - there is wicked circular run out of the door with some stunning views. - the outdoor seating is fab, and there is a bbq - I was here for work in Ilkley but would happily come back for leisure - easy to get to Skipton or Ilkley or Bradford”
“Amazing breakfast, sausages are beautiful. Big portion Staff very friendly especially the owner. Locals in cafe were friendly and informative about things going on. Highly recommend a visit”
“We visited yesterday and both had the mill stack breakfast with a cappuccino each. The breakfast was delicious. Good fresh produce. Cooked to perfection. The coffee was delicious we even took one home. The Staff were fabulous really friendly. The cafe was very busy a tell tale sign that it’s a good place to go. We will definitely be back. Thank you Millstack.”
“John-Taylor Bedrooms, having been recommended to us by a local contractor, installed wardrobes in two bedrooms for us. The fittings in one room were new but in the other, existing robes were re-positioned from a dressing room. Originally these had been without doors but Les from John-Taylor Bedrooms was able to source doors which were such a good match to the fittings. Les paid us three site visits beforehand and took the time to discuss our needs and preferences and to show us an extensive range of samples. Communication was excellent throughout and the timing of both jobs were as predicted. The fitters, who worked non-stop to complete the work within the agreed timelines, were very pleasant, easy to deal with and worked tidily. Overall we are delighted with the service and work provided by John-Taylor Bedrooms and feel this has been money well spent.”

“Great B&B Vanessa is very accommodating, the breakfast is great. The rooms are clean warm and inviting. Following our 2nd visit this year, as ever a great stay if I could add a star for customer service”
“A good service, delivered with no problems, on the day they said they, would. Thank s”
“This is a venue you need to book a table for on weekends when events are on in Haworth. They found us a table for a drink in the past when we go for the annual Steampunk weekend. The service by all the staff is absolutely 1st class. I work in catering and seeing the way they deal with the publics questions and problems be assured you will be looked after by great people. A great comfortable atmosphere of a very old building with loads of character. Last but not least the food and drinks are amazing, tastes that you may not have tried before but you will want to go back and taste again. Book try it you will love it.”
“What a lovely and warm, welcoming and gorgeous gem of a pub. Kath Mark and all the other staff were exactly what you want in a public houses staff; Friendly, chatty and able to pull a pint. The beer garden is ample in space. The interior is clean and homely, a proper nice pub in a lovely part of the world. I have visited the pub 3 weeks on the trot for the last 3 Wednesdays to attend the acoustic music evening (From 7.45pm onwards)- If you want to hear great music or participate in a real, good old fashioned open session with some fantastic players this is the place for you. You don't have to be the best singer, guitarist, fiddle player or percussionist to join in, just be respectful when others are playing and join in if you like, just how it should be. I would definitely class the Bay Horse music night as one of the best I've been to, period. Great environment, great people, a local affair that welcomes visitors. They don't serve food, neither do they need to- It is perfect as it is.”
“First timer coming in for breakfast. Food was served quickly and everything was piping hot. Nicest breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, great job!!”
“The most excellent place to escape from Bronte in Haworth. Great local atmosphere, friendly staff (and patrons), good choice of drinks and food available. We loved it from start to finish.”
“Perfect place for a stop if you're cycling in the area. It was a good menu, with lots of choice and vegetarian options. There's space to prop your bike against the window outside, and see it from your table. There's also a side alley you could potentially leave your bike, but would be out of sight once you were in the cafe.”
“Really enjoy the atmosphere and drink selections at Gallaghers. Always a great service from the team behind the bar. A nice small bar with some live music now and again outside. Recommended.”
“Certainly the finest pub in Yorkshire. Probably, the best in the world. The Landlord, Paul, is a diamond, allowing for his resemblance to a young Henry VIII.”
“A wonderful afternoon tea and cheeseboard yesterday, excellent wine & prosecco. Service was 100%, loved the music too. Daryll you made our day ( all 9 of us lol )”
“This place was great. The food was delicious, especially the steak I had! The steak and ale pie my partner had, was one of the best ones I've tried! The atmosphere was calm, it was dog friendly (our girl was offered a doggy roast dinner!) The staff were all so friendly. It has incredible views, and is very spacious. I recommend this place 100%”
“I'll come out the gate with a negative - Keighley isn't the loveliest of spots... But TotG was a little gem amongst it all. Lovely food - sunday roast - with good optional extras. But the stand out was the beer. So well kept, delicious, multiple option, and the ability to choose paddles of different types. Staff were fantastic and - aside from a couple who sat directly next to us and stared for the whole meal... - the pub was lovely inside.”
“Six of us went for breakfast this morning and we were not disappointed. The service was good and the breakfast was fantastic. Everything on the plate was really good quality and fresh and was served hot. Can highly recommend and we will definitely return.”
“It is very difficult to fault this establishment. The food was top class and much enjoyed. We ordered burgers, scampi, and a gammon steak, and all were at the top of their game. They were accompanied by beautiful chips and the price for these were very reasonable. To cap all this, the staff are very friendly, the service was good, there is a pool table, and it is dog friendly. What more could you ask for?”
“This is only a small chippy but best in Keighley. Great portion size and great price compared to other places. If you look at the negative reviews there for the other chippy down the road called Stockbridge arms fisheries. So don’t let the negative reviews put you off. They don’t use boxes or don’t have a sit in area it’s just a small walk in chippy that wrap your fish and chips in paper.”
“Just had 4 nights here (room 9) and we were very impressed. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I think it was a king size bed and it was spot on. The bathroom is a decent size and tea / coffee / biscuits were replaced daily. The room is well decorated and has everything you could need. Shower wasnt brilliant but once you master the art of getting the temperature right, its absolutely fine. Other rooms have proper showers (this was a bath with a shower head) and to be fair we were given a choice on arrival. Certainly not a complaint though, everything worked fine and the bathroom was perfectly good enough. It had a shaving point which was handy. Never noticed any noise from the road outside and to be honest it isn't exactly a major junction. The owner (forgive me I don't remember her name) was lovely and very welcoming. We didn't eat breakfast but it did smell good! A very short walk into the town and a supermarket over the road. There is some parking available. There are two spaces outside the guest house but finding parking in neighbouring roads was very easy. If you can't get parked outside the guest house, we parked in Pembroke Street which is a 30 second walk at the very most and unrestricted parking throughout. We paid nearly £100 per night which I thought was very reasonable (late August). All in all we had 4 very pleasant nights here and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to anyone looking for a guest house in skipton. Thank you Highfield Guesthouse for a lovely stay.”
