“Ate here on a Saturday evening. Food and drink were excellent. Food was cooked perfectly and served very promptly, with the main course a good time soon after the starters. Staff were very attentive to the empty plates and when drinks were empty. Atmosphere was nice, with several other tables dining at the same time. The one issue that our party had would be the temperature of the room, it was slightly on the cold side, but that could also be because of the time of year.”

“Went in here before we went next door to see James Blunt ..... my partner nipped in to ask if he could leave my wheelchair just inside somewhere if i walked in (I'm able to walk a short walk on the arm of someone) anyway the bar staff came out & produced a ramp!! So we went in & got a drink & had a look at the food menu & ordered some food. It was very reasonable & tasty!! & the landlady played James Blunt songs for me too!! All in all a very enjoyable afternoon & fabulous staff!!”

“Went to Wagamama in Notts today with my friend for lunch. Everything was top notch. The food was delicious. I had the fried greens, ebi katsu, and chicken katsu curry, my friend had the duck gyoza and prawn curry. We had a beer and a cocktail. The food arrived hot and fresh, yummy! Thankyou chefs. The highlight of our stay were the staff. We were greeted by the hostess and taken to our table of choice, served by another friendly young chap, but there's one staff memeber who stood out above all others, anywhere I've ever been to and thats a young lady named Sophie. Studying at university who works to earn her spending money. She was a delight, a credit to Wagamama. She was so kind and friendly, so ambitious and I see a great life ahead for her. I think anything she does, she will do it well. Thanks for the wonderful service Sophie, you were the shining light above all others today, and made our rare luncheon really special. “We had fantastic help and service from Edwina when we bought our travel system. She even remembered my parents going in to look at the one we wanted! There was a great deal on an ex-display model and she even offered to book an appointment with my parents to try it at a different time, so they didn't feel they'd missed out. The staff really understand how excited people are to make some of the big purchases and Edwina went out of her way to spend time with us and make it special. Huge thank you.”

“I went twice in a week to Netherfield branch. The first time was for advice, which I received from the lovely Kerren. On my second visit I was quite anxious about choosing kitchen cupboards,doors etc. I hoped Kerren would be there again. She was! Kerren and Karen B helped me navigate what I needed. Being Neurodivergent I struggle making decisions and at times panic. I flapped a few times and sat down to gather myself, Kerren and KarenB helped put me at ease and supported and helped me with my choices. I had financial limits so their help was really needed. I gave my thanks and said that I really appreciated their help. If it were not for them I'd probably still be crying about my unfinished kitchen. Well done to both of you and also thanks to Ian the Manager!”
