“Had Sunday roast platter lunch with my family and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was superb with a warm, friendly welcome and undivided attention throughout - nothing was too much trouble. The timing of the meals was spot-on and the food was incredible - good-sized portions, very flavoursome, presented well and overall delicious. It was good value for money too and worth every penny and more. Will definitely be returning for another visit. Highly recommended”

“Came here for Slim Chickens a few weeks ago. They didn't accept Slim Chickens vouchers off app so bear that in mind. But the service was brilliant. We went around 6pm. It wasn't too busy but busy enough. Got served after a few minutes, ordered what we wanted. Were advised coffee machine was broken. Ordered and had tea instead to drink and Fanta. Food came out in about 5 or 10 minutes to the table which was brill. Told them the tea pot was leaking everywhere and she said it's happened often and brought over the better tea pots they had. Excellent customer service. Food was lovely. Would definitely come back.”

I ordered food for 5pm it was ready with two minutes to spare. Talk about knowing their business, all the meals were piping hot and fresh. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the night and food. The inside of the pub is very spacious and has a unique layout. There is a wide selection of drinks at the pub to choose from so you will easily find something to enjoy. Getting served is a friendly and speedy encounter, if you wanted to engage in conversation the bar staff are more than happy to do so, they are a good bunch.
