He kept to precisely to the suggested appointment time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The complete solution needed an electrician, but he provided a safe interim fix that enabled us to continue to use the boiler and keep our electricity on! The charge was also extremely reasonable. Most importantly to me, as a woman requesting assistance, John was clear about the problem and solution and was not in the least patronising - not a given when getting help from an industry sector that is largely male-dominated. Thank you John - I really appreciated your professionalism and expertise :)”
