“I ordered some Type 1 to be delivered on the Friday, however they managed to deliver it a day early. A special mention however, must go to the delivery driver who went above and way beyond. I was stuck in bad traffic and unable to be present. The driver called me and went out of his way to ensure the delivery was made even though the access was limited. I sadly didn't get his name but I hope his bosses appreciate his outstanding work. Thanks again”

The staff always offered to take things off my hands and leave them behind the till, allowed me to try out a knife set and guided me though the different specs, as we are moving into our first home we bought quite a lot of items and then got a 20% off which was great!! “What can I say about this company apart from they are marvellous! After 6 months of getting quotes from other companies and worrying about who to trust, Lawrence at Brownleys came out to measure and quote. From the first instance, he put me at ease and knew exactly what I imagined in my head. Lawrence told us they were booked up and would add us to the list which also put my mind at ease because if a firm is not busy that's a worry. We made a couple of changes here and there which Lawrence was very helpful and patient with. On the day of installation which was earlier than expected the guys were amazing and worked none stop to get them up for me in a day. I can't recommend this company enough!”
