“The experience was excellent. The room was a bit smaller but all the amenities and services were there for a much comfortable stay. As we were coming from Hyatt House to Hyatt regency they gave us an early Check in, which was very kind of them. The restaurant staffs were extremely kind and helpful. A big shout out to Andrea from the restaurant, she was very helpful with the menu suggestions, as well as she helped us to find out nearest places to visit, she also gave a Drawing book and colours to our daughter so that she can play with that. Over all a very good experience and thank you to the Whole team.”

“Had a previous repair where I had a wheeled shopping bag axel which had lost the clip permanently clipped in place, this time I thought the other one had broken and wouldn't lock in place any more. All he had to do, which surprised me was take the clip out, tighten it, put the clip back in and gently bang the wheel back in place. As well as a few garden bits I've bought from this chap, he's been a great help and he's got virtually everything bits and bobs you need for fixing up stuff.”

The price was good, the delivery company was professional, kept me informed and called me twice on the day of delivery to notify me of their progress. “Purchased a sofa yesterday. Never been to a Sofology store before. Will initially greeted us said how the store works, then we left to have a look around. We found a sofa we liked and Will took us the rest of the way. Really friendly and easy to speak to so 10/10 for Will. Looking forward to receiving our sofa in due course. Only bit of feedback is to Sofology as a company. Sort out the delivery price I think it’s expensive. Also look at removing the old sofa too.”

“Had a great experience with Reclaimed Brick-Tile, James welcomed us to the showroom and was helpful with samples. We placed an order a few days later and I went to the factory to collect a week later, the lads there were very friendly and helpful with my order all packed up and ready to go, they showed me some more sample walls and even let me see how they cut the bricks!
