“Just had my kitchen done and couldn’t be happier with the result. There was clear communication throughout the job. I only had to phone the owner / ask the fitter if I had a query about ongoing work and it was sorted. Being a full, back to brick renovation, we encountered some problems we hadn’t foreseen with the joists and wiring. All this was clearly explained to us and everything has been re-done to a very high standard. The kitchen was finished yesterday and left in pristine condition.”

“Fantastic. Saw a scs sofa on their eBay shop. Drove to their warehouse to view as I knew sofa was probably ex display scs and wanted to check it over. It was brand new and We paid one 3rd of the scs price and delivery was 6 days later (today 31st Jan 2018) To all moaning about delivery if you buy a new sofa from scs/dfs you wait 8 weeks as it needs to be shipped from China. Scs/dfs say 0% finance but the finance costs are hidden in price. We waited 6 days as they need to fill their van in area order to deliver. The driver even set up sofa in lounge and moved our older one into spare lounge. I'd recommend this company to my friends and family. Yes it's a discount warehouse full of all sorts of furniture and prices are reflected in that. They are not paying prime rent for shiny glass building on a modern retail park. Happy buyer. John.”

“We had delivery of our Hathaway Emperor Bed & Mattress last week and honestly — I’m lost for words! This has been one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. We were really impressed with the fabric samples and brochure sent out, they made choosing so much easier. The bed was even ready earlier than expected, and we’re absolutely over the moon with the quality and craftsmanship. It’s huge, luxurious, and worth every penny. I can’t wait to show it off! Already told our nearest & dearest all about EBC — we’re that impressed.”

Halal meat shop is inside, Pakistani groceries are available, full section for women kids and mens clothing. Baby milk and baby products. Pharmacy is also inside. Also a restaurant for eat in”

“Was visiting in Manchester and went into Magnet Stockport for a kitchen island worktop to match our existing magnet kitchen. John supported us with finding the product code and bespoke size we needed straight away. Went out of his way to help us arrange a pick up order with Nottingham branch despite them wanting us to ring back on Monday. Got the order all sorted thanks to John! Definitely will be coming back to Manchester in the future to see John for our kitchen orders.”

“I have bought from this branch a few times over the years and I have always found the staff to be lovely and professional. A few years ago I had an issue with a table that arrived damaged but wasn't damaged in store. The staff here sorted it. Then a few days ago I ordered two couches and the woman on the till who took the money for the couches had written I paid for them but hadn't put the delivery date for the friday in the diary. So I waited in and they didn't arrive. Spoke to a guy with a lush irish accent and he sorted it to arrive the next day. He was very apologetic and dealt with the problem quickly. So all the staff have been friendly and helpful in my experience. The items in the store seem to be in good condition. Theres a mix of preowned and new. The new items are more expensive but the preloved are reasonably priced. The two couches I got were about 300 in total for a 2 seater and a 3 seater and they're well made. They don't feel as flimsy as an ikea couch, they feel stronger.”
