“I was recommended by my neighbour to get treatment here for a reoccurring back problem quite a few years ago. He told me to see Maziar and found he is a fantastic person and well as being qualified for 40 years. There are other Osteopaths that work from here too. Mazier always sorts my problem out after 3 sessions. I’m so very grateful to him and the brilliant friendly and helpful staff there. I highly recommend going there you certainly won’t regret it at all.”
“Nathan was so welcoming and extremely informative when I visited with my 6 week old son explaining everything and reassuring me along the way!”
“Visited today for an x-ray. beautiful, clean historic building with a large budget spent upon up dating every feature and equipment. Very attentive and professional staff all of whom are polite, welcoming and professional. The history attached to the building, originally constructed in 1850 primarily by donation tells you a lot about the people connected to Ripon.”
“Excellent high quality service from Kelly. I had been suffering with mild sciatica for nearly two years, having previously received other physiotherapy. After an in depth interactive session, Kelly was able to diagnose and treat my discomfort and limit back movement. Four treatments and recommended home exercises has improved my sciatica to the point that I am back to my full range of exercise. Kelly is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, an excellent communicator and cares about her patients.”
“The male receptionist was very helpful with guiding me in where to go and where to wait. He made the payment process very efficient and made it a very good experience!!”
“I have been seeing Wes for physio for the last few months following a painful ankle injury. He has been fantastic and has set me on the path to recovery. Super service, I highly recommend Wes and the Valley Clinic.”

“Nicola is a polished professional who puts me immediately at ease. Consulting room and reception areas are spotless and welcoming.”
“Huge thank you to Zoe and Lindsey for their kind attention yesterday. My husband was attending a routine clinic appointment to have his leg rebandaged, but as result of their caring actions, he was admitted with a high temperature, a suspected return of cellulitis and questions over his heart rate to LGI. After several doses of intravenous antibiotics and a semi-permanent pacemaker fitted he is already feeling quite a bit better. Lyndsey waited with us for the ambulance despite being due a break. Also, I’m afraid I did not get her name but the Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful too. A very positive experience and you are a credit to your profession Ladies.”
“Great service - 40mins Having been once before and waited around 4.5hrs I decided to go in prepared this time (Tuesday) with a large coffee.... wasn't necessary! I walked in and gave my details to reception at 9.15am and had been seen, had an x-ray, nail drained and left by 9.55am. Lovely service, just as with previous visit, only this time super fast. The GPs there are great.”
“Great work everyone, keep battling on. I don't know how you put up with some of the people you have to deal with. Maybe if the local medical practices started seeing people again maybe the hospitals wouldn't be so busy and waiting times so ridiculous.”
