Customer service was great, this was the initial impression. I came in and the lady assuming she owns the clinic was very warm and welcoming, she was very friendly and had a very positive aura! I booked myself in for a cinderella facial treatment, it was probably one of the best facial’s I have had in a very long time and believe me this is coming from someone who has regular facial treatments done. Phoned the pharmacy about my prescription as it had not arrived by last thing Friday ( 5:45pm) before closing , Amaan was very pleasant and listened to my predicament and assured me my prescription would arrive that evening despite closing at 6pm for the weekend.
