This was at 3.30 pm and the delivery driver was out on his last rounds and finished at 4 pm. The pharmacy said he would be back around 4 and would ask if he would deliver for me. 4.15 pm my much needed medication arrived. A truly above and beyond piece of customer service. I wound up on the girls landing because it had a self catering room. They helped me get a job and a flat. But me being young and stupid I wound back there a second time. The staff deserve lots of respect. I realy enjoyed my time there, they made us feel safe. And No worries about bills and I made many good friends inhouse. We all used to go out together. It was a great restart point for us. Peace, Love and Respect.”
