I assumed it was the back brakes as it's just had a MOT & Service with a different garage where the front pads and discs were replaced. Moorcroft called me after I'd dropped the car off telling me the back brakes still have loads of life and asked me why I wanted them changing so I explained the squeak. They took the car out to test it and established that the squeak is coming from the new front brakes so to reach out to the garage where I had the previous work done. Moorcroft could have just changed the pads like I asked and charged me for the work. Instead they put me first, offered some sound advice, and didn't charge me a penny! Bravo Moorcroft, Bravo. You've just won yourself a customer who will return again and again, and who will tell everyone else he knows to also make sure they use you!”
