“Went around 0930 not too busy at this time.. Always the option to drop off and pick up later. Was told it would be 15 minutes it was 10, Need to bear in mind hospital medication is also distributed from here so a wait should sometimes be expected. Parking is free not sure for how long but i was around 20 minutes Great service *****”

“Popped in at 0900hrs this morning (24/11/2025) and given an appointment for 1500hrs same day. Saw Dr Fardon who listened patiently to my complaint and dealt with me to my complete satisfaction with empathy and humour. Did not rush me nor gave me the impression he was itching to get to his next patient. My family and I have been with this practice since coming to Tingley in 1990, never had any complaints/problems with any of the varied staff over the years and on occasions have walked in with no appointment or prior phone call and been seen within minutes. Treat people how you would wish to be treated, works wonders! Hasta la próxima”

“I’ve been under the care of the adult ADHD service here since 2021, but I was diagnosed by another NHS clinic, several years previous to that, so I can’t comment on their diagnosis, only my care. Which has been excellent. I’ve always felt listened to and taken seriously. Medication reviews are carefully done, not hurried, with several follow up meetings. Text reminders are sent for appointments.”
