“I want to thank the Debdale Grange team for being great and putting pets first. We had a trial day with our rescue dog before planning our holiday. The facilities looked clean, secure, and well designed. At the end of the day they were completely honest that they didn't think our dog was best suited to a kennels environment. Staff took lots of time to help put her at her ease, but it didn't work out in this case. “I contacted Kitty @perfect paws to find a companion for my 74 yr old mother. Kitty contacted my mom directly, discussed her needs and vetted her home before pairing her with a beautiful calm cocker spaniel called Phoebe. When we collected Kitty took time ensure they bonded and that my mom was aware that if she needed any support or to rehome Phoebe they would take her back at anytime. You can tell Kitty and her family do this for love and not money. The kennels and animals were so well kept and loved. Thank you, my mom and Pheobe have become besties.”

“My cat izzy had an amazing time here and was looked after so well she loves her food but didn’t want any when she got home so must’ve been fed very well too!!! She’s very happy. The review below is misleading, owner is very responsive and helpful - you can easily reach them on WhatsApp. I imagine it’s hard always answering the phone when you are looking after the cats, but they answered first time I called so don’t think that is a fair representation. The owner is a natural with cats, provided lots of lovely updates on how izzy was doing and if there were any concerns she had!! I’ve booked izzy in again for when we next go away - the care was much better than when I’ve sent her to other catteries. One happy cat and owner ☺️”

“I simply wouldn’t put my dog anywhere else. I have a highly anxious retired military Belgian shepherd. I looked at many places and Buena Vista is the only one with the staff and kennel that I can have my dog at. I have every trust in the staff dealing with my dog they listen and follow the instructions (lots of them) my dog has started now to pull into the kennels when we arrive. If you want a play with experienced staff that treat your dog as their own then these guys are the ones.”
