“We take our very curly coated labradoodle to Jane @ scruffy mutts to be groomed and washed. He always comes back looking immaculate. Very well trimmed and tidy. Coat always fluffy and bouncy and even smells fantastic. Jane gives us great advice and helps us keep on top of his coat as it's prone to knotting. Also super dog friendly environment that allows all the dogs that are able to socialise with each other while waiting for either there cut or to be picked up. I know she also has facilities for dogs that need or want to be kept to themselves. Very competitive rates too so excellent value. All in all ten ten and can't recommend enough”

“I have only ever trusted one place with my flatcoated retriever Fin, and that's Sandras: she is quite simply the best. She loves and understands dogs and goes the extra mile for a thoroughly superb job. Fin is a bit anxious being separated from me - the exception being Sandra. He also often thinks any kind of grooming is either a game or something to be stopped immediately. Either way, he is not always cooperative. Sandra handles him perfectly and he appears smiling and show-ready after every visit. It is such a blessing to have found Woody Woods. 6 stars would be my rating!”

“In desperate need of a hair cut, I couldn't find anywhere free in Tamworth. However, as I was with the wife in the area on Friday, I popped in to see if they had any vacancies. Mike said he hadn't but took my number in case should any arise before closing time, however one did and he very kindly called me back a short time later to say he had a cancellation at 5.30.
