My dog doesn't enjoy getting wet or being blow dried and this was her first professional groom, but they handled her really well and she clearly felt relaxed, as she was very quiet and didn't make a fuss at all! They really know what they are doing! Also, very convenient location, within the Pets at Home store - easily accessible on foot or by car.”

“Fantastic camp site asked for electric so put us on a grass patch next to a hard standing so could have van close buy. Toilet rooms were clean and showers were amazing! Powerful!. Nice quite site we stayed extra night not far from shops etc. Little caravan shop with bits and bobs in and prices were good would visit again as brilliant location to visit family thank you Saffron and glenn .”

The products Natalie lists are actually accurate as opposed to many other retailers who claim they have stock but don't. Natalie managed to secure us an Egg2 in the colour we wanted (arguably the last in the U.K until September!). She even kept her store open later than usual and accommodated a late showing just so we could pick it up all up. Would highly recommend as it genuinely feels like a more of a homely and tailored transaction as opposed to a larger generic retailer one.”

“I had a lovely weekend at Marston Croft. I have been a lot of hotels and Bed and Breakfast. This is the best experience so far. Owners Amanda and Graham were super friendly and the house itself is well decorated and Amanda has added a lot of personal touch to make it so warm. It was an exceptional experience esp. with homemade biscuits and hot tea ready upon our arrival. The breakfast served with fresh fruit, local produce sausage and homemade bread. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there and experience their superb hospitality. They have set "the bed and breakfast" to another high level. Will definitely go back. Remember to try Amanda homemade cake - Lemon Drizzle cake... yummy!”

“My wife and I needed new slippers. We parked in Sainsbury's car park, adjacent to Homebase. It was just after 0900 when we entered Shoe Zone. There were no other customers in sight. The staff appeared to be attending to their early morning duties. We have never seen so many types of footwear in one place. It is the largest footwear emporium we have been in. The variety of merchandise was very extensive. It appeared to cater for the very young to the mature elders. We browsed up and down the spacious aisles taking in the divers types of footwear. Eventually, we made our way to the slipper section. Wow! Where do we start, we said in tandem. Shoes off and slippers on. An hour later we had made our selection. Two pairs for me and two pairs for my wife, Christine. The staff did not pester us and when we got to the checkout counter the staff were so polite and helpful. Well worth a visit and the prices will not empty your pocket.”

Everything on the MS Arena was superbly organised, nothing was too much trouble for the Arena team, the cabins were comfortable and the food absolutely delicious. The visit to the Keukenhof Gardens is not to be missed.”
