“I received a letter relating to an energy bill that I tried to pay when the company went bust but their system was down so they couldn't take payment. I was assured at the time that nothing bad would happen as I had tried to pay, so was annoyed to receive this letter with a £50 admin fee added to the bill. I phoned BSB (after verifying the legitimacy of the letter) and explained this to Mark, who quickly agreed to remove the admin fee, processed my payment and sent me a confirmation email, all within about 6 minutes. I'm leaving this review in case it reassures others that these companies are not all terrible!”
