We did the Gait analysis and tried on several shoes and she was incredibly patient while I deliberated over which shoe to buy (as both of her suggestions were great to run in). Paul (who runs the place) is really helpful and knows his stuff, which makes a big difference when you’re choosing the right gear. When one of my bats broke, he went out of his way to make sure it was repaired and even had it delivered back to me free of charge — brilliant service you don’t get everywhere.
