“I worked with Tracey for around 1 year after a good friend recommended her to me (word of mouth = always a good sign), and it was the most valuable year of my life. My only regret was not visiting her sooner and nipping things in the bud, when i noticed i needed extra support. I didnt feel like i was in a lecture or getting told what to say or do at all, the setting is calm and peaceful and it allowed me to relax. I felt like Tracey asks the perfect questions after shes listened so thoroughly, for you to come up with the answers yourself, and have moments of realisation. Its been 4 months since i had my last session, and the version of me 18 months ago could have never handled situations as well as i do now. Far from perfect, but a million times better.
