“After a fair bit of research and looking around the web, I ordered a large bulk order, 81 of their 2.4m x 45 x 220mm Planed Timber for my new furniture business. I sent a few messages to confirm they were kiln dried and that they are kept indoors, something a lot of other suppliers don't do for their kiln dried. All communication was excellent, prompt and friendly. Arrived well and as I'm not too far away by my local courier, Grand prix express, who where also great and were able to get the pallet delivery, right up to my workshop, saving a lot of work and stress. Boards are nice, straight and planned, I also checked their moisture content with a moisture meter and they were nice and dry. My batch were very characterful, with a fair few with a lovely subtle pinkish hue. 45mm thickness is excellent, nice balance, look good and really solid, while being lighter than expected pretty marginal weight increase over standard Scaff boards. Price is also amazing, looking forward to making even more builds with them and hopefully ordering more at some point. Very happy and highly recommended. Many Thanks Casey”

“Had to order doors here urgently as my builder sprung it upon me that I needed doors ready for fitting in 5 days! Jamie at the Bromborough trade store was very helpful and was able to tell me what was available sooner. He also had my best interests at heart when guiding with price vs style. Also I’d like to add that I had to ring the store multiple times and they always answered promptly. I unfortunately then ordered the wrong door (I had ordered 2 styles) and needed to alter my order when I realised the next day and Jamie took it all in his stride. Would highly recommend!”

“We wanted a sustainable, formaldehyde-free kitchen and OG kitchens offered a Miinus one that was no added formaldehyde, very low VOC, carbon neutral, fully recyclable, and its clever construction means it's light for transporting and handling. It's one of a kind. I found that OG are also committed to sustainability which was so uplifting after a long search. Their service was excellent - very responsive to ideas, good at listening, great at coming up with a brilliant solution for a small space. Cost competitive and really beautiful. We have lived with our kitchen for three months and it does everything it should, and more. Everything works, it looks stunning and is easy to clean. Brilliant brilliant. Design, product, service, formaldehyde-free, sustainable kitchen - the whole package. A note on formaldehyde free kitchens, if you're interested. ... Even the kitchen companies that market themselves as sustainable are still using products that contain at least some added formaldehyde, and even real wood kitchens are often made with mdf carcasses and if not they're pretty expensive. And if you think ply is ok, it's not really. Nearly all ply contains some added formaldehyde so you really have to look very carefully to find a genuine solution. Big companies often say they're working on formaldehyde but they're very vague on how much is in its products. It's just incredible how very difficult it is to get no-added formaldehyde in a kitchen! So the Miinus kitchen that OG offered was really the only way for me.Luckily the only option turned out to be a great one, with a fabulous supplier who really resonated with my sustainability principles.
