“I highly recommend this surgery. We moved here a number of years ago as our previous surgery was horrific and also lost our medical records. We moved here although it’s a little bit further to travel. I ring up at 0800hrs and always manage to get an appointment for the same day. I get referred immediately for any complaints or bloods required. Recently my 7 year old daughter was sent home from school for a UTI. I rang around midday and she was seen at 330pm the same day. For my pre arranged appointments you never wait for more than five minutes. The staff and doctors all have good bed side manner. Really satisfied by the performance of this practice. By far the best in the area as I have tried other surgeries in the past, so have something to compare them to.”

“When I read some of the negative reviews regarding Gladstone Medical centre I cannot resonate with them. I have been with Gladstone for more years than I can remember and never had a bad experience. Being in my dotage has not deterred any member of staff or doctors treating me but with the utmost courtesy . The receptionists are all delightful and always greet you with a smile and ‘Can I help you’ ? The nurses are always there for advice along with any medical appointments. I have always found the doctors to be kind and sympathetic to my various medical conditions at any one time and although in my advancing years I have never been made to be a nuisance.”
