“The Groom Room are located inside pets at home and provide great service. I took my dog there and he had the best cut he has ever had. The staff where friendly and helpful and gave clear instructions on the procedure. The cost was £45 which was quite high but if you register a card at the main tills you receive your 5th cut free so the cost balances out eventually. Overall I had one happy pooch and will definitely book again. Due to the current pandemic appointment dates are approx 3 weeks wait so book early.”

“I have 3 XL Bully’s & Stormi, Bonnie & Kano 2 are from them they are amazing dogs and couldn’t ask for a better place to go to, I feed them raw with sprats and other toppers but can honestly say they have a amazing choice of different foods, treats & collars/ harness and leads you are spoilt for choice as well and great service the team that work in there are perfect down to helping you find what you need and making sure they help you in any way that they can my dogs love going in there to see them and love the food choices. They help in any way that they can when I had questions about anything to do with my dogs and keeping them healthy, Thank you so much RXL for not only the food and collars and leads but also when ever I need food they always make sure they deliver it to. “Just collected my 2 girls from Rose Tree. I was very nervous leaving them as not been into kennels before. I need not of worried, they've come home very happy look absolutely lovely . They had a bath smelt beautiful. The regular pictures posted on Facebook really reassured me . The outdoor paddocks are very secure. And lots of toys to play with. staff are really amazing and clearly love the animals like their own Thank you all for looking after Suzie & Mollie. Will defiantly use them again.”
