Finley’s approach was warm, informative, and never felt pushy he made the entire experience enjoyable. Thanks to his thoughtful guidance, I ended up purchasing a £105 fragrance. I left the store feeling satisfied and confident in my decision, which is a testament to Finley’s ability to make a sale without exerting any pressure.
