They both spent amount of time reviewing 5 years accounts and putting right what the old accountant had done, we received a repayment back from them of over £5k in overpayments which they had held, and fixed our HMRC Records which we also received a refund from HMRC. Since then, we have built a very good partnership, and support service, where they both take an interest in provide tax saving and support on our online accounting systems.
