“I booked the service well in advance to take my family to and from a concert at Wembley Stadium. My communication with Joanne in the office was great. It turns out I needed the car for longer than expected and she worked with me on the rate to make sure we were able to get to where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. Our driver was Dragutin and he was excellent. He was friendly, funny and engaging during the ride. I also had requested he return after dropping us off so we could leave some things in the car and he was very accommodating. He came right back and didn't make us feel like we were inconveniencing him at all. I would absolutely hire this company again next time we're in London. Excellent service and excellent people!”

We were stranded at Gatwick having had our flight to Madeira cancelled just before boarding and no alternative bring offered by BA for several days. I contacted Mehul who calmly and efficiently secured us flights to Tenerife the next day and held them whilst we looked together at hotel options. He had to make sure the hotel was suitable for my 91 year old mother in law with mobility issues as well as being good enough for us! Not easy with very little availability but he found us a great option which we are enjoying very much. He even phoned the hotel to check they were putting us in suitable rooms.
