I went in to see if my old piercings had healed up and what we could do to work with what I already had, as I didn’t particularly want a new piercing. She was incredibly kind and patient, especially as we worked together to map out everything. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered advice, and made sure everything was to my liking. She was even more determined than I was to make my vision work.
