“Big Moe’s Diner, tucked inside London Designer Outlet in Wembley Park, delivers a high‑energy slice of 1950s Americana—but with mixed results. Walking in, you’re immediately hit by retro flair: neon signs, Swing-era soundtrack, and even seating in a ’57 Chevy booth. It really feels like stepping into a classic diner, complete with paper-hat-wearing staff. Staff are generally friendly and courteous-servers standout, welcoming families with enthusiasm. However, the ordering system is hybrid: self-service kiosks paired with a fixed service charge, which some find off-putting. The menu spans burgers, wings, chicken & waffles, hot dogs, and hearty sides. Highlights include loaded potato skins, sticky BBQ wings, and indulgent milkshakes—especially Oreo shakes and vibrant strawberry lemonade. The Big Moe’s Platter and generous portion sizes. While the décor scores high on atmosphere, cleanliness is hit or miss—sticky tables, grime in booths, and overlooked table service have been flagged. Big Moe's Diner pricing is on the steeper side for a fast-casual experience; some feel it falls short of value. Big Moe’s offers a lively, kid-friendly, nostalgic trip with strong milkshakes, crowd‑pleasing starters, and fun décor. If you’re visiting for atmosphere—and ready to overlook the occasional service hiccup—it’s a solid pre-event or family stop. But for food perfection or premium service, it won’t satisfy everyone. Best to go in for the vibe, sweet drinks, and big portions—and temper expectations on kitchen reliability.”

“Every time I got to Wembley Boxpark I always think I’m going to try somewhere new but I always end up at Mama Jacq’s! Love the food here, generous portion size as well as the food being consistently tasty. I always get the boneless chicken curry with rice and peas plus mac and cheese- without a doubt always delicious every time. It’s pretty inevitable that next time I’m in Boxpark I’ll end up here and order exactly the same thing!”

“We visited Sakonis Wembley for a casual dinner and had a fantastic experience. We were seated in a comfy booth, which made the meal feel relaxed and private. The restaurant itself was clean, stylish, and had a modern, upmarket feel – a really nice setting for both casual dining and special occasions. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout, and the food was the real star of the evening. We ordered a variety of dishes: Chilli Paneer, Chilli Garlic Mushrooms, Masala Mogo, Channa Bhatura, Crispy Bhajia, and Sev Puri – and every dish delivered bold, vibrant flavours. The chilli paneer had that perfect sweet-heat balance with a nice bite to the paneer. The garlic mushrooms were rich and packed with umami, while the masala mogo was crispy on the outside and soft inside, coated in a tangy, spicy masala that kept us going back for more. The sev puri and channa bhatura were full of texture and depth, with just the right amount of spice and seasoning. Even the crispy bhajia stood out – crunchy, light, and not at all greasy. Every plate was well-balanced, fresh, and beautifully seasoned. You could really tell that the kitchen takes pride in quality and consistency. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal in a lovely setting. We’ll definitely be returning for another round soon!”

“We went to Ipanema restaurant on a Thursday and had such a nice dinner. We had a cocktail each which lasted us our whole meal (great portion for the price). We also had 2 starters which were extremely tasty and amazing value for money. The mains were also very tasty and very good value for money. Definitely ask for the green parsley sauce (not sure what it’s called but it was soooo good!)”
