Stacey, who I believe is the manager, was excellent at explaining the procedure and how they would fix my car, what was required and the time frame, it would take. She kept me updated throughout the entire process with messages and photographs, which I thought was very reassuring. True to her word, the car was finished bang on time, and to an extremely high standard of workmanship.
