Classes with Raza Mubasher are always fun, he is one of the best. I enjoyed his lectures. He teaches amicably and focuses on the practice work much. He breaks the lengthy accounting calculations and makes it easy”

“I am a member of Golds Gym in Dagenham and have been so for a number of years. In 2021, I had a back operation and looked for a Gym to attend. This particular gym has truly benefited me, with excellent personal trainers, very friendly and helpful staff and incredible facilities for the membership My current trainer has worked tirelessly to help improve muscle strength and my flexibility. “Went Yesterday after the gym and curry goat and rice and pea’s the food was nice as a Jamaican I usually don’t eat out but this is approved the food nice the place is clean and staff are friendly . Finished of the goat so quickly I didn’t even remember to take a picture lol !”
