“Took my car here for the first time to have the wheel bearing changed. They didn't just do an absolutely fantastic job but reattached my exhaust shield and tightened the handbrake free of charge! To top it off, they were very reasonably priced and the work was done quickly. Absolutely recommend them and I will be back here in the future. Great garage and friendly staff!”

“I was having a slight issue with my passenger door on my Tiguan, so I popped into Marshalls Loughton today, unannounced, for advice with a view to book in if necessary. Not only were they extremely helpful and saw me straight away, they took the car into their workshop and fixed it there and then as it was just a minor adjustment required. I was so impressed and extremely grateful that they resolved the problem without the inconvenience of me losing the car. Thank you so much!”

“Booking was easier than other places via the website. £50 for my car pay on the day. Staff very friendly and advised one my anti roll bars was loose. Expected it to fail on this but informed me they had tighten this up. Did fail on back number plate lights but they kindly swapped the bulb and done the retest on it there and then. For a council run place I know their truthful in the MOT as they do not do the repair work.”

Mum and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience!! It really was a professional and 1st class experience. The limo was extremely clean, and decked out with birthday banners and balloons! “So pleased I found this place! Elle and Pat are both amazing. They were so helpful and managed to accommodate me by rejigging shifts. I had a Brazilian blow dry and cut. I spoke with Pat a few times in advance and she was very informative and happy to offer her advice; so do get in touch with any questions you may have! On the day I was with Elle who did an amazing job on the Brazilian blow dry and cut. I wanted to leave it a few weeks before reviewing to see how the Brazilian blow dry lasted. A month in, I’m very impressed, my hair feels silky and less prone to frizz. It also dries much quicker, as Elle said it would. On the rare occasion I would blow dry my hair I’d normally have to use straighteners after but not this time. Elle is a natural with customers and has a real flare with hair. I gave her free rein with my cut and am thrilled with the results. Great salon, friendly and skilled staff at reasonable prices - flawless!”
