“My puppy had his first haircut with Pauline. I wasn't sure how it would go as he was quite nervous but she was very patient and caring and he came away happy and looking very handsome. “Our darling guinea pig, Holly, had never stayed at Binky's before but had a great time in early July. Jo sends pictures so that you can see your pet while you're away. Sadly, Holly, who was almost seven years old, has since died but she was happy and healthy when she came home to us. We wouldn't hesitate to leave our two new girls with Jo at Binky's in the future.”
