“I have been a patient at Warren Medical practice for years. There has been a genuine attempt over the last year or so to make improvements in the way the practice is managed. There is more communication with patients in terms of follow up calls and reminders of appointments. I have only seen two GPs; Dr Khider and Dr Vani at the surgery. Both have always been professional, take time to listen and always explain things clearly when you have questions.”

As my local surgery, I find that I'm actually able to see them face to face within 10 days of making an appointment. There can be a wait to see staff, even when you arrive on time. However, this no different from elsewhere. The reception staff are pleasant and efficient.”

“Had a blood test there. The nurse was very nice and very efficient it only took about 2 minutes. Update. On the York Road side of the building is another entrance where they do eye tests and other physio. I went here for an eye test, took about 25 minutes it was nice and quick, it wasn't busy in there.”
