For me this place is a little gem as, since I moved to the area, I struggled to find a brunch place where they offer less "traditional" (and greener) breakfast options, finally I found it and I love the homemade hash browns with avocado and feta cheese! The park view is lovely and adds to the experience! Will definitely go back.”

“My son started attending this nursery from September 2024 because the previous one was closed. It was the best decision I made. Jigsaw nursery will fulfill the dreams of parents, it gives children a sense of security, care and takes care of education. Manager Chloe always greets with a smile and a kind word. Lauren my son key worker is an important person in his life, every day after nursery he asks if he will see her the next day. Angel, Rahima, Kami and Suad also approach their responsibilities with passion and respect. My son always says that he ate a delicious lunch and had a great time at his nursery. I can recommend this nursery with all my heart.”

“Our daughter currently attends the nursery (Feb 2019) and has been for 6 months now. She is very happy. The nursery stimulate her with a range of activities and she particularly enjoys messy activities and the sport coaches that come in on a weekly basis. The nursery holds events for parents / family members to attend e.g. an afternoon to celebrate grandparents which gives a really personal feel. I can not fault the staff - the ladies who look after her are caring and work really hard to create an engaging, fun environment for the children and truly care about them and their needs. They have taken the time to really get to know my child- her personality, likes, dislikes etc. Management have a clear vision for the nursery to further improve it and I have no doubt that they will. They take time and effort to gather parent views and are passionate about making the nursery the best it can be.”

Teachers give full attention to children and their needs do many activities with them and update us with pictures on the app. I send my son from the age of one and half years and they look after him very well. Every single staff member I encountered was interested in one thing alone - the wellbeing of the children. There is a beautiful, positive atmosphere when you walk in, nothing but smiles and kind, warm, friendly staff and fantastic teachers that make the children feel loved and safe. “It's a work in progress and even though I feel like it should have more games for children of different ages, I love this park. It's the best one in Harrow. We can't wait for the entire park to be finished so we can properly enter the play area and not go on the grass.”

“As new parents we had the usual worries of having our child leave the home environs to start spending time at a nursery and pre-school. From questions about how settling in would happen, eating, drinking water, to physical safety and provision of attentive care and learning. We are pleased to share with parents looking to use a nursery and pre-school in the Pinner / Eastcote area that our experience and our kiddos experience has been wonderful. Our child joined the class for smaller children (Fawns) and then moved on to the class for bigger children (Cubs). All over the nursery, the staff have shown great responsibility in providing individualized care, guidance and have been attentive to our requests (almost daily) for looking after the well being of our little one when under their supervision. The staff from the head teacher to the teaching staff, assistants and support staff have shown great gentleness in handling all matter of things that can occur with a little 3 year old. They have observed our child's development needs and have been in constant conversation about these as out child has moved along. Observations of personality, abilities to follow instructions, manage independently have all been addressed. Last but not the least they have made learning fun covering all areas of the Early Years curriculum. As a result our child has blossomed at Cheeky Chums emerging from it more mature, independent and confident. I'd hand down recommend this nursery and pre-school to any new parents looking to use one local to Pinner / Eastcote. Well done team Cheeky Chums and a huge heartfelt Thank you from us parents! “The process of settling our child was amazing. He settled immediately into the setting and the teachers took his needs as a foremost consideration. The teachers he has had in the past 9 months have been outstanding and the care he has received has been as close to what we as parents would give. The meals offered are simply amazing! He loves the variety offered to him and has never complained once about it. The management is very flexible and accommodating to parents in terms of extra days, time off, etc. The extra curricular programs provided are so fun filled and my son enjoys every bit of it! In the words of my son on his days off, "I wanna go to schooooool!"”
