βI was very nervous about sending my son to nursery, but from the moment he started at Monkey Puzzle, Iβve seen him thrive in so many ways. The teamβs care and attention have truly put my mind at ease. Another thing that reassures me is seeing the owner around frequently. Itβs clear she is personally involved in the day-to-day life of the nursery, checking in with the children and staff, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Knowing that she is so present gives me confidence that my son is in a truly caring and well-managed environment. One of the things I love most is the daily photo updates β itβs wonderful to see what heβs been up to throughout the day and the little moments that make me smile. The meals prepared by their on-site chef are not only delicious but also healthy, giving me confidence that heβs getting the best nutrition while at nursery. I also really appreciate how the nursery celebrates and explores different cultures, helping children learn about the world in a fun and inclusive way. Itβs clear that every childβs development and happiness is a priority here. Thank you to Monkey Puzzle for taking such care of my heart and helping my son grow in such a happy, nurturing environment.β

βCemo had nail varnish remover at 2am when I needed it! Thank you Cemo!β
βI always avoided this Boots as there are fer less products (cosmetics) compared to the one at Canada Square and the staff was always too relaxed and dismissive. But I have to say THANK YOU to Fiz, one of the staff members there. He has helped me in at least three separate occasions: once with a refund, another time with a product change and another time with advice ordering the product I was looking for (its was out of stock for several days in a few shops). He deserves to be praised for his hard work and Iβm sure grateful for him being there.β

βAn old good charity shop where you can dive in and fish out something interesting. There are a lot of clothes and shoes, books and vinyl records, glassware, and home interior accessories. But the best gem of that shop is the manager, Debra. She is a very friendly and positive person, which makes you want to come back again.β

βI have nothing but good things to say about this school. Both of my children have done well here. My son started in year 7 with good but not brilliant results, he is now in the first year of sixth form having gained 9 GCSE's a-b grades and is on course for university. My daughter is doing exceptionally well in year 9, in all subjects. They're not perfectly behaved, they have fun in school and and are both very active - they like being at school, never want to take time off and have always achieved high percentage of attendance. They also make no bones in complaining if something isn't right - but hopefully do it in a constructive way. As parents we try to always show solidarity with the school in front of the children, but when we do complain, the school are generally receptive and sort things out. There are no doubt very badly behaved children within school and Cleeve is in my opinion used as the local dumping ground for troubled children, but the school has an holistic approach to learning, it cares about each and every child as a whole It has some fabulous teachers Mr K - an amazing math teacher and form tutor, Ms Morgan - has the finger on the pulse with every child, Mr Bone - brilliant, Mr Luck, Miss Goody, Ms Crozier and the fabulous Ms Stokes to name but a few....... My children have had brilliant opportunities with this school Duke of Edinburgh award, skiing trips, choir, drama, french trips, competing in the bexley athletics, University trips, engineering awards, sports leadership, mentoring to name but a few. The school has lovely grounds and makes a real effort to keep the school tidy and clean despite the efforts of some pupils who obviously don't know how to behave. I think its very sad, that children/parents feel the need to say such awful things about their school without balancing their comments with all the efforts that are made for the children who want to learn.β
