“Just to understand this review, it is for Hygienist Oormila and her nurse Janari. Isn't for the entire dental clinic. Finally, she is a hygienist who pays attention to her job. Calm, slow with attention for each tooth. Follow the hygienic steps. Regarding the previous experience, when I was washed more on my face than my thees and finished in less than 5 mins everything. “I've had such good experiences with this dental surgery. My dentist, Liane, makes me feel seen as she remembers me so well each time and it really feels like she cares about me and my teeth. She is so personable and professional, along with her assistant too. The actual procedures on my teeth have all been very good. I was feeling very conscious about a gap in my teeth and she filled it with a bond, which I never even thought about requesting. “Had agonising toothache for the last two days which preventing me from sleeping. It only felt good when cold water was in my mouth, meaning I was unable to leave the bathroom sink. Almost instantly I was numbed up, no messing around with small talk or anything, just straight to the point. “Do you have any allergies” then almost instantly injected and feeling the pain that aches for two days stopping sleep disappear. They removed the cracked filling giving me pain and provided a new one, I’ve not had pain ever since. 10/10 if I didn’t live in Yorkshire this would be my local dentist”

“My boy Bertie is a lockdown kitten and sadly due to the lack of socialisation with other people (other than me) when he was very young due to the restrictions in place at the time he is therefore extremely attached to me and me alone, and can be difficult to interact with. Despite this, I have no hesitation in leaving Bertie in the very capable hands of Karon and Molly at Meow Manor. Bertie is clearly very content at Meow Manor and I am regularly updated with photos and videos of Bertie relaxing or playing with the toys Karon and Molly kindly provide. I know that he definitely enjoys his time at Meow Manor as I struggle to get him back in his carrier when its time to collect him (he prefers to jump up to the top shelf and lay down looking at me like the cheeky boy he is!). I have used this cattery many times now and would recommend it to anyone!”

“Love this barbers. Sarah the owner is lovely! As are Sam, Goldie and Donna. It's done up really beautifully inside and kept very clean considering they cut hair all day! Been using them for years now for my son who is autistic and has adhd and they are always incredibly patient...he used to hate going to the barbers but now doesn't mind at all because the ladies here put him at ease. I don't mind going now either...it used to be an anxious experience for me. They do a brilliant job on his hair for a very reasonable price, always left happy. “I cannot recommend Beeches enough! As a dog owner, you hope that you never need to test a Kennels ability to look after your dog in a crisis but having now experienced it, you really couldn’t be in safer hands than theirs. We landed and arrived on holiday to a voicemail from Courtney breaking the news that our springer had suffered a very short seizure that morning. They already had a vet appointment made with our vet practice and reassured us that whilst our dog seemed a little subdued she was seemingly back to her normal self. They’d even had the quick thinking to video a tiny bit of it to be able to show the vet exactly what had happened. The tests had revealed nothing of concern, fingers crossed a one off event. I cannot fault their service over the next week. From the communication whilst at and after the vet appointment, moving her to a quieter kennel to reduce any stress and the regular updates and little videos of our dog happily wagging and sniffing. It was enough for us to be completely reassured that she was in great hands. Without their amazing service and support, I’m sure I would have cut short my holiday and I will always be so grateful for the love and care they showed our dog. Thank you all.”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

Dean provides excellent personalised customer service and doesn't just know cars but your car and its needs. Gave really good advice too - making it cost effective.
