He fixed a persistent pipe hammering issue and a leaking bathroom mixer tap both professionally and efficiently. From start to finish, Thomas was incredibly responsive and accommodating – even going out of his way to source and collect the required parts late in the evening, well outside of normal working hours. His workmanship was top-notch, and he clearly takes great pride in doing things properly. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the extra effort he made to get everything sorted quickly. Booking the job with Asset Plumbing & Heating (Tom) was smooth, his communication was excellent, and he's genuinely a lovely person to deal with – polite, respectful, and highly professional. Oaks Cattery is a charming, small-scale boarding facility nestled in a lovely garden setting in Carshalton. With only nine pens, the cattery ensures a peaceful environment and high levels of individual attention for every guest. The accommodations are large, immaculate, and well-maintained to provide a safe and hygienic stay. The staff follows strict safety protocols, such as removing collars to prevent any risk of entanglement. They offer flexible boarding options, accommodating extended stays due to travel delays or cancellations.

“Although we visited with a very large party there was plenty of room for us all to be sat relatively close together! Considering we put in a lot of food and drink orders in a short space of time, the wait wasn’t longer than necessary at all. We had a look at the lunch menu and as soon as we noticed the battered haddock and tartar sandwich, we were sold! The haddock was perfectly cooked and crispy with a decent amount of tartar which complimented perfectly. Our side of fries was also extra yummy and served with wild garlic mayo which was amazing! Somebody else on our table ordered the smoked salmon and cream cheese with many comments of how delicious it was; filled with a generous amount of salmon! Lastly and quite importantly we were very happy to see vegetable crudités and humous on the kids menu, as often it’s easy to order for young children but not necessarily for babies and this was a perfect option. We just asked for cucumber rather than the carrots to stay on the safe side, and they came in perfect slices - great for baby led weaning when out on the go. The humous was lovely and definitely tasted homemade! We will 100% be coming back here again:)”
