“Excellent pharmacy run very smoothly by an excellent team of highly knowledgeable and professional individuals. Saved me from waiting over 8 hours at Northwickpark hospital A&E with a foster child. Saw a leaflet displayed at the hospital- contacted Shivakem via email as they are my local chemist and I've been going to them for a number of years- within 5mins of my email I received a call Confirming that they are able to help me and I should bring the child straight there. I couldn't be grateful enough as Shreena saved over 8 hours of my life life waiting at the A&E !! The child was seen to more or less within 5mins of me getting him there, after a check up- medication issued! If only this service was available years ago it would have saved soo many hours of waiting and stress for people likes of myself and lesson the burden on the crippling NHS hospital A&E. Shivakem a highly commendable family run business- run by very respectful, efficient and professional individuals!!!”
