“Abdul was very quick to respond over WhatsApp and arrived within 24hrs to fix a leaking toilet. British Gas has been out previously but were unable to repair the leak because of the toilet cistern having been siliconed to the wall behind, meaning they couldn’t access the silicone and remove the toilet. Abdul managed to cut the silicon, get the toilet free and make the repair to the pipe. Would certainly use again.”

Merkan spent time to understand our needs, gave lots of help and advice and was never pushy or salesy. He designed us a beautiful kitchen, and was happy to make changes when I changed my mind on things. He kept us up to date with everything and was flexible when we had to change our installation date due to building delays. Our kitchen has now been installed (thank you Kras and Dmitri!) and it looks just as beautiful as the 3D model designs. I can't recommend enough.”

Went back the this store and the managers could not be more helpful. They saw immediately that the panels were not fit for purpose and refunded. Thank goodness for sensible people.”
