It's also been nice to speak to the same person over the years James Elvin. He's always found me great tenants that I've never had a problem with and he's always been so efficient, reliable and quick. I just had to give them a review. In fact they have never asked for a review but I just had to do this because I know its hard to find good reliable letting agents so I hope this will help someone looking for a good agent to trust with their property.”

“The best place by far if you're in Portsmouth and after a kitchen. Any reputable kitchen fitter will have a Howdens account. In terms of quality, Howdens arrive pre assembled and really well packaged. Solid backs on the base units, Blum hinges and internals are exceptional quality. A huge range of styles to fit most budgets Plus they do decent flooring, some excellent value doors, skirting, architrave etc .best of all is the service. They're great everywhere but exceptional in Portsmouth. If you're after a kitchen you'd be mad to not give them a look”

“Cannot recommend this company enough!!!! Rob and his team ripped out our old kitchen and dining area cupboard and put in a brand new kitchen for us in February 2023. Needed years old wallpaper stripped off, floorboards renewed, all walls and ceilings plastered, new kitchen installed, walls/doors and skirting boards painted then luxury vinyl flooring put down. A huge thank you to the whole team.... Matt, Dave, the plasterers, the flooring company and not forgetting Rob who project managed the job. Such a professional job done and our kitchen looks fabulous! So, so happy with it. Have had many compliments on the workmanship carried out. I've left it until now to review to see if any hiccups arose.... None. Thank you so, so much. Finally just had new windows fitted in kitchen and the glazier even commented on how good the kitchen fitting is. Highly recommend this company.”
