“Amazing service - quick, friendly, fairly priced. My car broke down on Monday afternoon and Purley Garage not only set me up with a speedy recovery (I was stranded with my toddler - shout out to Road Home recovery), but also fixed the clutch and rear shock absorbers the next day. I'd called several garages in a panic, but they couldn't help with recovery and had all got 2 week waiting lists and I really rely on my car. Purley Garage truly saved me this week, I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future”

“Absolutely fantastic service from Ben. 100 percent would recommend. If you are looking for an honest, skilled and reasonably priced mechanic in the area look no further. I contacted Ben a few weeks ago with an issue I had with my parking brake. What started out as a small issue turned out to be a huge job as we discovered more and more bits that needed doing. This issue took multiple attempts to fix with different hiccups along the way but he kept at it and got it resolved. Having watched him work I can say with certainty that he is very knowledgeable and is keen to carry out the work to a perfect standard rather than rush and do the bare minimum. “Can't fault Halfords to be honest. They are very reliable and quick with completing jobs. I'm always surprised at how reasonable their prices are and to be fair, I don't think there's really too much of a difference between them and Kwikfit when it comes to general servicing and tyres, BUT Halfords do offer a much greater range of vehicle repairs, parts and consumables. And the one reason why I always choose them is the perks I get from their Motoring Club and the fact that you can spread the cost of repairs and maintenance from 3 months up to a year (depending on your credit status and which plan you choose from the 3 or 4 on offer from Halfords and third party providers that Halfords support for payments). I'm quite pleased with Halfords and for the foreseeable future I guess this bargain hunter is stuck with them... so long as their perks stay good, their work remains infallible and their prices stay right.”

“Bought fence panels from this store and rang the main customer services to deal with problem. Basically they were worse than useless and unhelpful. Went back the this store and the managers could not be more helpful. They saw immediately that the panels were not fit for purpose and refunded. Thank goodness for sensible people.”
