Halfords Croydon store (Windmill Rd) has consistently demonstrated first class customer service throughout visits over many years. I would definitely recommend them for professional service and fittings.
Mikael was fantastic, he sorted out how to get discount off a new battery by signing me up to the members scheme at the till and then proceeded to quickly and expertly fit the battery in a tricky engine bay. 10/10 service and speed and a great asset to Halfords.
My experience with staff named Jay working at Croydon Halfords, was exceptionally professional and warming and so willing to help above and beyond. I would also like to mention Christian and Ryan to who were very funny and made me shopping experience a delightful one.
The staff are amazing and very helpful. Guy called Abdullah he will go above and beyond to help you and he had a great attitude. It’s good to come across people like this when you’re having a stressful day with your engine lol. But it’s a brilliant store with brilliant staff.

Customer service is second to none. It was so refreshing, the staff are, patient, respectful, polite, friendly, professional and amazing ambassadors for Halfords. The man serving me has been with Halfords 16 years. Ki, the girl who helped me,hold onto her ! amazing.
