The operator was friendly and reassuring. Went to collect item this evening and the staff were all helpful and efficient. One assistant helped me with the item to the car which was a relief as I’m disabled. Really great customer service which is quite rare these days. Well done Wickes Epsom and a massive thank you.”

“I.m used to jd sports having disinterested staff so when I visited the epsom branch I was pleasantly surprised. The young man who helped me was proactive and patient, friendly and smiley. I was so impressed I went out of my way to go here last week after receiving some vouchers for my kids. Again the staff were great. Girl on the till really patient and helpful and helped me with my vouchers and jd status points. I saw the same young man and he was friendly and chatty. Makes such a difference. I will visit again”
