“Ordered using Click & Collect from this store. Didn’t realise that it’s only 48 hours to collect so had to call the store to hold until I could get there after work today. The operator was friendly and reassuring. Went to collect item this evening and the staff were all helpful and efficient. One assistant helped me with the item to the car which was a relief as I’m disabled. Really great customer service which is quite rare these days. Well done Wickes Epsom and a massive thank you.”

“I.m used to jd sports having disinterested staff so when I visited the epsom branch I was pleasantly surprised. The young man who helped me was proactive and patient, friendly and smiley. I was so impressed I went out of my way to go here last week after receiving some vouchers for my kids. Again the staff were great. Girl on the till really patient and helpful and helped me with my vouchers and jd status points. I saw the same young man and he was friendly and chatty. Makes such a difference. I will visit again”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Imperial pharmacy have come to the rescue on a number of occasions when my local pharmacy have been unable to obtain certain medications. Other reviews have mentioned long wait times, and whilst I have experienced this a few times , it honestly is not any different to where I normally go. I would recommend this pharmacy.”

“Lovely staff. I go in at the same time every morning for the coffee on my commute but also stop in from time to time on my way home for bits and pieces. Always friendly, quick service and clean for a busy service station. Got petrol on a few occasions - petrol prices are what they are for the area.”

“Brilliant pharmacy, the staff are lovely. They call around if they don't have your medication in and prep your prescription quickly if you really need it done and ask. Always happy to go the extra mile and learn who you are by name over time and what's wrong and ask about you and your family. Best pharmacy I've been too. The only downside comes from the location; not having Internet access or reception inside Sainsbury's when interacting with them if you have a query or need to make a call to your GP surgery yourself.”
