I have retuned as I have been impressed by the exceptional service and good results. The clinicians room is set up in a professional manner, it is clean, and the clinician takes hygiene seriously which is very important. Equipment is sanitised, needles are disposed of appropriately which gives me assurance that this is a safe environment to have treatments done. The clinician who attended to me was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent care. “I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”

“After being probably one of the most nervous patient’s they have I can honestly say this practice and their staff are fantastic. So understanding and always have your best interest at heart. After having Henri as my dentist for many years I totally freaked out when he said he was retiring! But I need not have worried Paul who took over from Henry is fantastic. He explained every step of the way what he is doing and doesn’t rush. I would highly recommend this practice especially if like me you dread going.
