“Having had experience with another nursery prior to moving to the area a year and a half ago, we can honestly say The Fountain is run with transparency, integrity, and our children's well being at heart of what they do. Staff are friendly, informative and honest. Our two boys joined at 1 and 3 years old and they have loved it, from the staff and friends they've made, to the array of daily activities, as well as events that parents/caretakers can join. They have both thrived in this environment and we would highly recommend.”

““Inspiring our children and community to be the very best that they can be!” As a Trustee I feel really privileged and proud to be involved in this journey. “Inclusive” is not only our name but core to everything we do to help our community fulfil the hopes and dreams of our children. Every day our 3 Watford primary schools – Beechfield, Cherry Tree and Laurance Haines work closely together to create great opportunities which inspire our pupils to learn and develop skills to adapt and succeed in our ever changing world. Each school is very much a part of the local community with its own distinct characteristics and curriculum –we don’t believe that one size fits all but a nurturing philosophy underlines everything we do. As part of a group of schools we provide opportunities for our children to participate and share in exciting projects across the schools – whether sporting, outdoors or creative - for example our art display in Watford Museum or the more recent song written and performed to celebrate and thank Covid-19 key workers. Supporting our people to succeed is a core belief and strength – we are lucky to include former pupils among our teaching staff! Working together enables the sharing and development of best practice whilst addressing workload too. Good career progression is available across the Trust schools. “if you want to go fast, go alone. “I am a 'mature' student who joined West London School of Guitar 3 years ago as a total beginner with a battered second hand electric guitar and no real idea of what I wanted to achieve. In that time, I've gone from learning simple chord progressions and melodies to playing classical pieces, learning a range of different and challenging techniques, sight reading and music theory and regular improvisation classes with other students (and acquiring a couple of new guitars en route!). We're also encouraged and given guidance to set ourselves goals on a regular basis and we work together to make these goals a reality. WLSoG wants all the students to be the best guitarists they can possibly be with an understanding of musical concepts as well as techniques. No stone is left un-turned on this route and students make great progress in a positive and friendly teaching environment. This is the best thing I've done in ages. I've grown in confidence as a guitar player and as a person - I can't recommend these classes highly enough.”

“I moved my daughter from a different setting to join Glenangels three years ago and have not had a single regret since! We aspired for a better, all rounded setting offering outdoor play and lots of stimulation and above all fun, which is everything that Glenangels is! I now also have my younger son there and they both come home bursting with positive energy, and big smiles on their faces every single day. Glenangels is a family run business and you truly feel the family vibe. It is like our children's second home, and we are able to get on with our working day without a single moment of angst or worry. Moreover, the staff there are incredible; not only are they hard working but they also have such a genuine love and care for all the children there.”

“We’ve had a fantastic experience with Millie’s House nursery & pre school. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and truly caring. Our child has settled in well and absolutely loves going. A special mention must go to Caroline, the nursery manager, who has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our journey. She always takes the time to listen, offers thoughtful advice, and genuinely cares about the children and their families. Her dedication makes a real difference and gave us great confidence in choosing this nursery. The environment is nurturing, well-organised, and full of engaging activities that support our child’s development and happiness. We’re really grateful to have found such a wonderful place. Highly recommended. Huge thanks to Caroline & team.”

“My granddaughter started at The Garden Pre-school in January 2023. She was only 2 and I was a little apprehensive about how she would get along there. From the first day my granddaughter has loved every second being there. In fact all the children seem to be happy and excited to go in at the beginning of the day and reluctant to leave at the end of the day. I cannot praise the staff there enough, they are all very caring and loving towards the children but with a nice level of control. The children all seem so respectful of the staff and listen when they are being shown or asked to do something. The learning at the Pre-school is done in such a fun exciting way and my granddaughter has gone from maybe saying a couple of words to being able to tell me everything she has done in the day time. She also loves the Forest School and on our walk home we stop and look at the horses and she tells me what is a tree, bush or flowers. The Pre-school spends a lot of time outside which is why we originally picked it, but it has really gone above any of my expectations. Communication between the staff and parents is excellent verbally and through the management app where daily updates are posted so that you can see what the children have done during the day. I love this as I can then ask my granddaughter about different elements of her day when I collect her. I highly recommend The Garden Pre-school and couldn't be happier that my granddaughter goes there.”
