“I've been to this salon about 5 times now for a hot wax. Not only has their service been faultless consistently since the first time I've been, the staff are the sweetest, kindest women I've met. I've had 3 different ladies doing my wax for me now, and each time I've had to do with a new person, I've had some anxiety, and each time I left completely satisfied with the service. The place itself is very clean. The service is to an extremely high standard and the ambiance is calm and lovely too but really the people and the quality of service combined makes it a 10/10 experience. The shop is very peaceful and quiet comparing to other nail salons on the main high street of West Hampstead which I really appreciated. I really liked Judi, she is kind friendly and attentive and has a very poaitive vibe around her, so did her colleague who was looking after another client.They made me feel comfortable even though both my nails and toes are in terrible condition because I chew them. They were not judgmental at all about their condition and made me feel at ease at once even though I was stressed about presenting them to others. It would be nice if they offered a loyalty card.
