I wanted to take the time to write a few words on the service i received from them. I dealt with Richard Land on the matter that has just resolved and from the very start some two years ago, it was very clear he was highly skilled and very knowledgeable. What makes Richard stand out though is the team around him. His support team and the wider office and other Solicitors were fantastic. I can not find fault with any aspect. They went out of their way to help, support, facilitate and generally provide a robust and fair service. They were very fairly priced for the level of skill they have within the team. Always, contacted me when they said they would, very high caliber advise, communicated well and in a timely fashion, I am not sure you can ask for more. Each members supports the other in a well established team and they get fair results. I have only ever had bad experiences with Solicitors prior to this interaction. “Hopes and Dreams has been outstanding for 4y old our son. They helped him build confidence, kindness, skill, joy and a true sense of camaraderie. The space, admin and front line staff are all great and made things easy and fun, both for him and for us. The only problem? Everyone wants in, so try early, and ty again until you get a space. At first we didn't realize it would make such a difference at such a young age, but it definitely has.”

“My partner and I lived at Vida House for 1 year and would've stayed longer if it hadn't been for an unexpected change in our lives. Moving in was an incredibly fast and smooth process, and overall a pleasant experience. We moved in as the building was being renovated, which certainly brought a handful of challenges. However, Sam and Rebecca have made sure to communicate every detail as soon as possible, so we were always aware of what was happening. They were always very understanding, responsive, and supportive to whatever needs we may have. Even requests like getting a meter reading were fulfilled on the same day, which made it very pleasant to deal with these kinds of admin tasks. When it came to renewing our tenancy, Rebecca did everything in her power to negotiate a good price for us, without a massive increase and showed that she really cares about the tenants. Unfortunately, we decided to move out, however, we would both be more than happy to move back, as this really is an amazing value for money. The rent is really not too bad for the space you get but what really makes this place amazing is the quality of appliances (and even the flooring etc.), the amazing service from Rebecca and Sam, having a parcel room and parcel locker on site, as well as a maintenance team, and the location (close to major stations and big supermarkets). I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking to move in this area!”
