“I couldn’t be happier with the care I received at this clinic. Dr Mahasti was non-judgmental, kind, thorough and diagnosed my condition straight away, for which I was given prompt treatment. She then went above and beyond making sure I was tested for every other possible issue, vaxxed to the max and put on Prep. Terese the nurse was also wonderful - experienced, chatty and funny, she really put me at ease in what could have been an uncomfortable situation. A huge thank you to them both!”

“I’ve had the good fortune to be taken to Croydon University Hospital around 03:00 am. on Wednesday 5th November for blood test. The chest pain I had was caused by my heart, I was told. Heart attack?! For the next seven days I’ve had the best attention and the most polite care I could imagine. The food was far superior than in 2017 when I went through a similar experience in the hospital. My heartfelt thanks to everyone taking care of me, I’m truly grateful.”

The GP was reassuring and took action on my health concerns quickly - including referral for minor surgery within two days at Parchmore itself. I'm a regular and high demand for services can sometimes cause stress in the system, but today was perhaps the best experience I've had of a UK GP surgery for years.”
